Little Eagle Lake : Take Hwy 12 E from Hwy 49 for 11.6 miles.  Just past Holmes County line, turn right (south) before bridge and follow road to west, past Refuge Plantation, for another 2.2 miles to ramp.  $3 launch fee.  13.8 miles from Belzoni.  Size: 460 acres. 2-bass limit. Crappie, bass, bream. 

Townsend Lake : Take Hwy 12 E from Hwy 49 for 2.6 miles to Putnam Road .  Turn right (south) on Putman and travel 2.4 miles to Gunn Bayou Road .  Turn left (east) on Gunn Bayou Road and proceed another 2.8 miles to Townsend Lake Road .  Turn right (east) and proceed .5 miles to ramp.  8.3 miles from Belzoni.  Size: 20 acres. Bass, crappie, bream, channel catfish. 

Atchafalaya : Currently no public ramp on this lake.  20-year ramp lease expired and no public ramp at the time.  Some anglers launch under Hwy 49 bridge, 8.4 miles south of 49/12 intersection in Belzoni.  Size: 70 acres. 2-bass limit. Crappie, bass, bream, channel catfish. 

Wasp   Lake : Take Hwy 7 north from Varsity 2.5 miles to Deovelente Road .  Turn right (east) on Deovelente Road and proceed 2.3 miles to bridge.  Ramp at bridge.  4.8 miles from Belzoni. Size: 600 acres. Crappie, blue, channel and flathead catfish, paddlefish, bream.   

Four Mile Lake : Take Hwy 7 north from Varsity 8.8 miles to CR 269.  Turn left (west) and travel 2.3 miles to Sky Lake WMA fishing area.  WMA permit required.  Old boat ramp on site but needs repair.  Good bank fishing.  Size: 90 acres.  Crappie, blue, channel and flathead catfish, paddlefish, bream. 

Wolf Lake : Take Hwy 49 south of Belzoni for 15.8 miles from 49/12 intersection.  Turn right on Five Mile Road and travel another 2.6 miles to Good Hope Road .  Turn left (south) on Good Hope and travel 3.0 miles to bridge.  Ramp on right.  Size: 1100 acres. 21.4 miles from Belzoni.  2-bass limit.  Crappie, bass, bream, blue, channel and flathead catfish. 

Belzoni Cutoff: Take Hwy 49 south for 3.4 miles from 49/12 intersection in Belzoni.  Turn around at Gooden Lake Road (firetower) and exit to right to ramp area.  Size: 60 acres.  Crappie, bass, channel catfish. 

Yazoo River : Take Hwy 12 E from 49 for 1.1 miles.  Turn right just past bridge.  Travel another .7 miles west to levee.  Turn right (north) and travel .5 miles to bridge.  2.3 miles from Belzoni.  Blue, channel and flathead catfish, paddlefish, buffalo, carp, gar. 

Sunflower River :  Blue, channel and flathead catfish, paddlefish, buffalo, carp, gar.

Brumfield Landing ( Sunflower County ): Take Hwy 49 north from Belzoni for 13.6 miles to Inverness .  Turn left and proceed north through town for .7 miles.  Turn left at school and proceed through town on Waco Road for 8.4 miles to bridge.  Turn left (south) before bridge and ramp is .15 miles to south.  22.8 miles from Belzoni.

Murphy Landing ( Washington County ): Take Hwy 12 west from Belzoni for 11.1 miles.  Turn left (south) on Sunflower River Road 4.5 miles to Murphy.  Turn left (east) for .2 miles.  Ramp on left.  15.8 miles from Belzoni.
